Outstanding Customer Service at LUSH Westfield Parramatta! I visited LUSH cosmetics at Westfield Parramatta on 12 October 2026, and I must say, my experience was absolutely fantastic! I went in yesterday really just to kill time. Instead I was greeted by rihanna who was so helpful and lovely. I bought a soap bar and a face mask. I knew which face mask I may need but Rihanna was kind enough to make sure it was just right for my face. She helped me set up an account to earn points and another girl lara, was also so kind and helpful. I used both products last night and my skin feels incredible. Cannot thank the team enough. ❤❤
Always a pleasure shopping at Lush Parramatta. I’ve had a lovely experience pretty much every time I’ve visited, and it’s one of those stores where even having a quick look around is enjoyable. Today was my first ever visit to Lush. I heard good things about the staff and products but have never been more disgusted by a manager in my life. She was speaking to a customer who shortly after walked out. As the customer was leaving the manager made a mocking face and mouthed some words at him. All I could do in the moment was laugh bc ??!?!? This is supposed to be the “all is welcome Lush”. Pffft. Shop anywhere else where you won’t be judged as you’re leaving.
What an awesome store with an awesome selection, but more than anything, the best team! I was completely new to Lush and, as a soap enthusiast, I was in awe of the selection but also a little confused about how everything worked. The team were so friendly and patient, taking the time to explain everything to me.
