LOVE this lush! Staff is SO helpful and friendly, the new products are always amazing. A little on the pricey side but I think it's worth it for body care that makes you feel and smell as good as lush does!
First - the staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and have serious training for their new people (I saw some new folks learning). I appreciated that there was no judgement on my liking or disliking a smell - to each their own. the products are FUN and, while there are standards/staple items, they have seasonal changes and new stuff all the time. I don't usually review big chains and just stick to local experiences at smaller businesses, but LUSH, LUSH is special. The staff here make it so. Anytime I'm in Lancaster I usually make an excuse to sneak into LUSH here. The staff is always tremendously sweet without being overbearing (I get annoyed when 10 people follow me around asking if they can help me 4x).
