The ladies in-store today were wonderful and provided a really nice experience to start my weekend. I've been shopping with lush a longgg time, I came in for a couple of my staples early on a Saturday morning and they gently recommended a few items for both myself, and my partner in a really lovely manor without feeling pushy or sales-y, and also gifted a couple products that they had on hand. (He loved his facial).

I went into Lush today and was served by Amanda. She was immediately so helpful and lovely, and just had such a warm and genuine energy about her. Completely out of the blue, she gave me a little free gift. It was such a random act of kindness, but it genuinely made my day. It wasn’t expected at all, which made it even sweeter.
