i had a magical experience at lush today! glossy was the kindest, most patient person I have ever met, and was evidently so passionate about what she does! her warmth made my experience so so special, and i am so thankful!!
To the lovely employees who were working today, you all made my day!! after checking out I was explaining to one of the workers that my favorite scent was a limited edition scent and I was so bummed out because after looking around I noticed it was not being sold anymore and I would never get the chance to buy it again.
