Just stopped in my 7 yr old wanted the Yoshi bath bomb. The employee was kind to him and showed him the slappy jelly thing he loved it my son told her this was his favorite store and gifted him some of the jelly. Im sorry I don't remember your name but you made his day super special and thank you for that. Best bath bomb place and the customer service is unmatched.
We always have the best experience here and our 4 year old son absolutely loves Sarah. He has the best time every time we come in and she really gets him out of his shell. She’s always so helpful and kind every time we come in. The bath bombs he gets have never irritated his skin and always smell amazing!
There’s a lady there who is the rudest, I don’t know who she thinks she is. She was dark haired and 5 foot 5. There’s no place for dismissive people in customer service. Best believe i will be taking my purchases elsewhere: so unprofessional. Absolute worst!!!!!!!!
