I had the best experience at Lush! The entire staff was SO kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Caroline! She gave me such great advice, especially since I have super sensitive skin. I ended up getting a shampoo bar, Super Milk, a scalp treatment, and a sample of the shower gel. Becky was such a great person to talk to! She showed me and my Halloween loving nephew all the new Halloween products and let him test out a bath bomb. She was so personable and fun to talk to! Will come back to this location for Becky!
I was ready to pay, waiting at the register. The only staff is chatting with a customer and ignored me even after I shouted 5 times “excuse me”. The staff did not apologize.
First time at LUSH, and the worker helped me so MUCH. She was very knowledgeable and had great ENERGY and I LOVED IT. Thank you Becky for starting my new journey with LUSH!!!!
