I was ready to pay, waiting at the register. The only staff is chatting with a customer and ignored me even after I shouted 5 times “excuse me”. The staff did not apologize.

Had an amazing first experience at Lush thanks to Zoha! I usually just walk past the store and had no plans to buy anything, but she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through different shower gel scents, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable exploring products I had never tried before. I ended up leaving with several purchases and samples to try. I rarely leave reviews, but Zoha’s customer service was exceptional and truly made my visit memorable. Thank you, Zoha!
