Some of the worst employees I've seen behave there. Back in the winter, one female employee was walking around the mall yelling and swearing at people. She was unhinged! Was even cursing at an older woman outside. People like that should not work there.
Caroline helped me find my favorite scent (Snow Fairy) in the store today! I was so happy that the store still carries it. She was kind, helpful, and let me in on the new snow fairy drop. I can’t wait to come back!
I went in today with my friend and had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were patient with us as and eager to help as we inquired about literally every single product :). Oops. We couldn't help it; everything is just so good. Thank you again.
