Had a really positive experience with Lush over the weekend. I spoke to Caitlin who was very informative and knowledgeable not to mention helpful especially when it came to explaining the use of henna products, something I am very new too. Great customer service can be hard to find but is always appreciated 👏

How does one store have so many friendly and kind people?! All the staff here are so helpful and accommodating, Samiha was especially lovely! She helped me and gave great recommendations on what I was looking for. Definitely will be coming back x
