Genuinely had such a lovely experience here and I always do when I go here. I was served by Heather and Heather was very calm and attentive to my dilemma. Heather was very patient and polite over the phone and in store, 10/10 customer service and just human decency. Heather also left a very lasting impression. I will definitely be returning! :)

I just went to lush for the first time ever and i will 100% be going back!!! I went as I'm trying to make my skincare choices more sustainable and ethical, but I wasn't expecting them to have so many products for so many different skin types and scent preferences! The two staff working there were very kind and helpful, and the person at the register even gave me three samples which is much appreciated!!!
Came in today to return five empty bottles and need to get a five dollar off of face mask, I’ve decided to go for a face mask called Movis, the staff named Eddie I think, he was very helpful and so polite to me the recommended this product and it’s been the best thing ever, always love coming here because of the products and the people. Made my day thanks <3
