Absolutely incredible service!!!! Emmet (sorry if spelt name wrong!) went above and beyond to help us. Giving us so much useful information and talking us through the origin of the products we were purchasing and then gave us a bunch of freebies for our friend we were buying for. This was one of the best retail experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much Lush team for making us feel so welcome and cared for!!!!
Had the most amazing experience at this store thanks to Emmett. He took the time to learn about my interests and needs and walked me through the most appropriate products with instructions of how to use them. He was able to deliver all this information in a way that felt like a chat with friends rather than overload. He was also patient with me and very present. Very happy with my purchases and I walked away thinking I should change my career with how much fun and passion the staff have there.

First visit in maybe 5 years today and I’m extremely impressed by how friendly and welcoming the team are. Last time I came here I felt the team members kept bombarding me with questions and getting in my personal space.. but today I was left alone to do my shopping - while still feeling like they cared. At the register a younger gentleman was serving me and he was a delight. Lush a favorite shop and the North Lakes store has great staff every time I visit. Thanks to Caroline n Emmett this last time. Good staff lead by great managers equals happy customers. Love visiting even just to smell products
