I came in a wee bit over a month ago right after getting off a long flight Emmett was so incredibly helpful talking me through the products I was looking at and recommending some great products for me to try Thankyou so much!!
My daughter loves lush and wanted to buy something with her pocket money. The lady who served us was amazing. I cant remember her name but she had cool tattoos on her arm. She showed my daughter how to use the product. Then at the check out the employee bought a stool out so that my daughter could stand on it and see when checking out. Its the little extra effort the staff take to make everyone feel welcomed. My daughter is asking to go back again, haha. She loves her Halloween ghost soap! Thank you.

I visited the store today looking for a new signature fragrance but with nothing in mind and no idea where to start! Immediately one of the staff members offered to give me a run down of the scents and profiles to find out what I liked and disliked. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured and they were so helpful in finding me something I now love! I only wish I got their name but I had a feeling they were a manager or supervisor. Absolutely incredible service!!!! Emmet (sorry if spelt name wrong!) went above and beyond to help us. Giving us so much useful information and talking us through the origin of the products we were purchasing and then gave us a bunch of freebies for our friend we were buying for. This was one of the best retail experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much Lush team for making us feel so welcome and cared for!!!!
