Vibes are absolutely impeccable in this store! Emmett approached us browsing and gave us a freebie, complimenting all our tattoos and I ended up having a lovely chat with them about mutual interests. They were super helpful with my questions and went above and beyond to give me great service and brighten my day. Even threw in anothwr freebie with my purchase! Now I can achieve my dream of smelling like a sexy lemon straight from the tree.
Emmett was amazing. His knowledge and customer service skills are such an asset to Lush. Emmett spent time explaining the products and recommended those that would best suit my needs. Manager Fil was also extremely helpful, professional and you could tell, really appreciates their staff. Obviously the products are gorgeous and as such, I highly recommend Northlakes Lush team. Excellent service, I could spend the day in this shop I love the products the smell lead me to this shop, but Fill ( I hope I spelt that correctly) is such a great sales person that truly loves their job and the products that they are selling. I received a free hand and arm massage and bought some amazing smelling soap. I never write reviews but I had too! I’ll be back.. To the owners of the company Fill is a star
