Kelsey made our experience here a great one! We stopped by for packable essentials to take on our honeymoon to Joshua Tree and Carlsbad; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath goodies. Everything smells so lovely, and my wife and I have so many decadent products to look forward to! Lush is a splurge for us, and I am glad that we decided to come here.
We have to leave this review because Hazen went above and beyond with our lush experience. They were so thoughtful and welcoming. If you have a choice and time come to the LUSH in North County. Hazen embodies the LUSH experience and is a stellar employee. Please get them a raise STAT!
it was chill and a good experience
I have been to numerous lushes in my life. I have to say that Cat over at North County, provided top-tier customer service! She gave me two arm massages, which were phenomenal, and she helped find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back, even though I’m not a local and was only in town for a week. Thank you, Cat!
Jailene and Giselle were absolutely amazing and so helpful! I brought my two littles with me and Giselle took my kids over to play with some bubbles while I shopped! Both ladies were the absolute best!
