Good selection and enthusiastic associates. I would not recommend trial products from here as I had a less than pleasant experience. Otherwise, very nice visits.
It was my first time at Lush and I had such a good experience. The smells in the store are incredible, especially the soaps. I also loved seeing so many natural products and curly hair options. The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Can’t wait to go back!
Terrible experience!!! was just here an hour ago and my boyfriend put a HOLE in a bar of soap accidentally, they FORCED him to pay for it ($12) and then refused to give the money back. ALL of the employees were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. We didn’t receive a refund until the situation was fully escalated, and even then they were rude. i would never give Lush my business anyway, especially not how i was treated today.
