Walked into lush to get a bath bomb for a self care day and was served by Erin, who was super friendly and kind, walked me through a bunch of different product ideas for my goal and made my day better with her vibrant personality, shout out to Erin Thank you lovely

Extremely concerning experience at Lush Macquarie. Staff approached and reprimanded a young child in an unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating manner after the child briefly touched a product display. The interaction was handled without any regard for appropriate customer service standards and caused the child significant distress to the point of crying.
