I went into lush last minute on Wednesday with no clue about bath bombs. I was greeted by someone really nice at the door and then Paige asked me relevant questions and gave me a quick tour of products that suited my preferences. I bought the one I preferred and used it last night and it was awesome. Thank you Paige, your customer service is impeccable! I shall be back 😊
I went to Lush today and bought the sticky dates body wash, body scrub and the american cream conditioner. As soon as I walked in i was greeted by a staff member which i love and when i went to the counter i was served by Cassandra and she was beyond lovely! she even gave me a free sample of the american cream body lotion as she saw i was buying the conditioner :)
Please please bring back your wonderful Plum rain products. At least during Plum season anyway!. The shower gel is better than any "French parfum" scent and when I had an allergy from tears (yes from my own tears due to exposure to dust storm) Plum rain was the ONLY product, prescription or otherwise that did not sting or make the delicate tissue around my eye more inflamed. I LOVE the natural ingredients. Thank you!!
