I received the worse customer service by Elaine and Sam do not shop at this store Burlington is much better. Customer care and management were notified my kids were screamed at by them In front of other customers including myself will never shop at that location again and we have been loyal customers for years To the store owner I think you should have your staff retrained in the least I will make sure to notify and show all the video of the staff behavior
Rude employees that need self help
Shout out to Sam, who did a beautiful job escorting my ecstatic 3 year old around the shop and helping him pick out a gift. 10/10 sales pitch with some very impressive bubble work.
