Jess was very helpful, cheerful, and informative. I enjoyed my visit there and will come back again.
Recently decided to check out lush . The 2 staff on hand were very helpful as I haven't really made any purchases from lush but wanted to have a luxurious bath experience. They helped me find the perfect bath bomb and bubble bar that paired nicely together . They also gave me a couple samples of the jelly soap for me to take home for my kids to try . My kids loved the soap and I will definitely purchase from lush again
Definitely the best Lush in London! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, but aren’t too pushy and know when you want to be left alone. The store is really big and really cute. Amazing products, great values, the best staff!
