Always a challenge dealing with the staff. Most recent experience, yesterday, Friday afternoon, greeted by some masked weirdo with an attitude, telling me they didn't ever sell large containers of a particular hair product and she would know because she's been there since August..., and she wouldn't accept the fact that I bought it just months before at this same store at Christmas time. Such a great experience every time we come here! Kipper was great with my toddler daughter and allowed her to play with a bath bomb and jelly so I could take a look around. Kipper was so knowledgeable with every product and we will most definitely be back! Would highly recommend !
