We went towards closing to purchase a bottle of Lord of Misrule , fantastic scent, and had a great experience all of the ladies in the store were very welcoming and even helped demo other products they thought we could have been interested in which was very appreciated - especially while they were doing closing duties. We will have to shop here again, I already loved lush and the staff here just gave an extra reason to go back soon!
The soaps here are awesome! I got the orange body scrub and 2 shampoo samples; the body scrub feels great on the skin and if you have someone to lather it on the back it feels like a massage. I didnt need to apply a lot of shampoo to get my hair clean and the smell afterwards was very pleasent. Once i get paid ill def be coming back to see the rest of their stuff!
Every single time I come to this location, it’s an experience. My son LOVESSS coming here because the store associates always let him play with bath bombs and soaps and bubble bars. Every time I go, I always get some kind of sample or freebie, but honestly, the customer service is what makes it for me. Whoever the hiring manager is needs to pat herself on the back, everyone who works here is amazing.
The location at the La Palmer’s mall is the most amazing place to shop. I came in today on my birthday and the ladies made my day very special. A must stop whether you live in the area or just visiting like me!
Tashie was AMAZING! She was super helpful and very very sweet! Definitely going to be coming back!!
