Had the pleasure of meeting Savannah (hope I spelled that right) and she was so kind and so sweet to show me products that I had never tried before. I had told her that I was just shopping around and repurchasing items that had been stolen out of my car and she helped me out in the sweetest and considerate way ever. She was such a nice lady and really made my day truly.
We came to the store today to just do some browsing and I did not catch her name, but one of the staff working was so sweet and did such a great job with my daughter and showed her how the bubble bar worked & they played together and she really made our time in the store special. She also sent us home with some adorable samples!! Thank you!!
Loys of product to choose from. Staff was so helpful and such a delight to chat with. Love going into lush where they tell you about the products. Store was so clean and set up so nice
We live almost 2 hours away, but being in the store and getting to smell all the goodness is why we come. On top of that the workers are amazing. Yesterday evening (2/28/26) the workers up front were so patient and kind to my child that's anxious when asking for help. They asked if we needed help and never made us feel like a bother. I am so horrible at remembering names, but they were so wonderful and deserve recognition!
