Reagan is AMAZING super helpful customer service! Came in curious about Lush's shampoo products because I have dyed hair and was looking for something that wouldn't fade my color. Reagan recommended some bottled products as well as a couple shampoo bars and gave me a sample of the "Honey I Washed My Hair" shampoo bar to test out and see if I liked it. I went to lush today to buy one product. Chase greeted me at the door, super knowledgeable about everything and just as excited about the products as I was. I had an amazing time shopping there. Everybody is so nice, but Chase was my absolute favorite!
The store was well stocked and very clean. The prices were consistent across 3 of their stores that I have been to. The employees in all three stores were very friendly and helpful and their collaboration of fragrances are always great Would continue to use their products and recommend them to all
I want to start with how incredible the employees were they were so kind! They had this special event for scavenger hunts for items in the store. It was so much fun. It wasn't too easy or hard so it was the perfect mix and it allowed us to learn about the products! I highly enjoyed my time here!
