Wouldn't do a return with a gift reciept, even on a gift card without original payment method even though the reciept literally says you can use it for a refund. Unwilling to rectify the situation and just said the reciept is wrong. Unhelpful and disappointing. Have been a longtime customer but I will definitely not be shopping there again.

I’m writing this 5 star review on behalf of my 9 year old son. He got a Yoshi bathbomb in his Easter basket. There was a surprise flower soap inside. He’s having the best bath of his life and says thank you lol.

employees today were so rude and unhelpful unfortunately. i usually have good experiences, but today i was given a lot of unnecessary attitude after asking for help (because i was ignored). i get the busy season being stressful, but when i went there was only two other customers in the store and a bunch of employees just standing around. very disappointed with my experience today, i could’ve done without the dirty looks and attitude.

Went into use my $5 app coupon. They wont accept it in-store becuase of system issue. So I order with the app and instore pick up.. then I get a cancelation for and item that is "not instock". I was just in the store and they got a stack of them. Total waste of time. Dont bother with the contact us and will help response. Wasted enough of my time.
