I was served by Ralph , he was so helpful and guided me through all the hair treatments and products and ensured they were all to my hair type, would definitely rep purchase everything as the products he recommended worked very well.
I had such an amazing experience at Lush today. Most of the Lush stores near me had closed, but while scrolling through the town. I wondered up in Lush store and I can defined say the customer service was beyond excellent without a doubt. I want to extend a special thanks to Raffi. He was so kind, he listened to my preference for scents and helped me out until I found exactly what I was looking for. I definitely will be back and will become a regular just by this special experience :)

Fabulous lush party on 14.9.25 for my 10 year old granddaughter and her friends. Staff were so entertaining and friendly. Activities were brilliant. Of course, products superb as always.
Thank you for a brilliant party today, Lush! George was a fantastic host, and really couldn’t have done more to make sure my ten year old and her friends had the best time. I’d definitely recommend booking a Lush party; we got to do some awesome activities and sampled so many products! Thank you again!
