I recently visited the Lush shop in Hull and had a great experience! I bought a bath bomb, and my daughter picked one too. The staff were really nice and welcoming, even though they were about to close. They took the time to serve us with a smile and even gave us some small products to try, which was a lovely touch. Definitely a friendly and helpful team – I’ll be coming back!
Came in for my birthday to get some new bits. We was helped by a member of staff called Raffie who gave us lots of information on skincare, etc and also gave us some free samples to try! The most lovely member of staff!

I’ve always loved Lush for body creams and the smell but stopped buying for face and hair. Turns out I was using the wrong products but Rafi knew exactly what my skin and hair needed gave spot-on advice and has such deep product knowledge. Every time I visit the store the customer service is great and at another level. I’m officially loyal again.
