I love lush and have been a customer for years. This was my first time at this location. The girls in this store on a Tuesday afternoon made me feel like they thought I was going to steal. I grabbed some perfume and I was going to continue to shop, but then the girl grabbed it out of my hands and made me pay for it immediately. My wage is probably both of the girls who were working wages combined. I have spent 1000s at lush, I'm not going to steal. Please work on your profiling.
My daughter and I went into Lush today after a 2 hour exhausting car ride with our fur babies and we had the best experience! Sam is amazing and knowledgeable. She greeted us both right when we walked in and I appreciated her help. She excels at customer service and definitely made us feel very welcome! We will be returning to Lush to purchase more while we are visiting San Mateo!
I went into LUSH to buy bath bombs and bubble bars after a really hard week at work. I was quickly greeted by KOKI & EVIE, who had the BEST customer service skills. They knew exactly what I needed and even recommended some great products like a ginger shampoo that could help with dandruff, and a moisturizing and hydrating conditioner called Candy Rain! I just want to give a shoutout to the Lush Cosmetics Hillsdale located in the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo California. This mall is barely hanging on, it’s very deserted these days, but I found a very very veryyyy rare gem in there and that is Lush. Not only is the Customer Service white glove, these employees actually care and standby every product. Where do I even begin.
