My daughter and I went into Lush today after a 2 hour exhausting car ride with our fur babies and we had the best experience! Sam is amazing and knowledgeable. She greeted us both right when we walked in and I appreciated her help. She excels at customer service and definitely made us feel very welcome! We will be returning to Lush to purchase more while we are visiting San Mateo!
I went into LUSH to buy bath bombs and bubble bars after a really hard week at work. I was quickly greeted by KOKI & EVIE, who had the BEST customer service skills. They knew exactly what I needed and even recommended some great products like a ginger shampoo that could help with dandruff, and a moisturizing and hydrating conditioner called Candy Rain! I just want to give a shoutout to the Lush Cosmetics Hillsdale located in the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo California. This mall is barely hanging on, it’s very deserted these days, but I found a very very veryyyy rare gem in there and that is Lush. Not only is the Customer Service white glove, these employees actually care and standby every product. Where do I even begin. The workers are always so sweet and kind. One of the girls is always so sweet to me. I need to catch her name next time but amazing crew!!
