You think you know what to expect walking into LUSH - then you walk into the Highpoint store and Emily blows you away ! Came in after my toiletries exploded in my luggage and Emily sorted me right out :) attentive, informed and fun, Emily is an asset to your team. She really turned my bad day around !!
Good quality products but their change of mind and refund policy is a nightmare. they keep churning out staff and the newcomers seem to be students with not much idea of what they are selling. Also they create this unavoidable and annoying aroma emanating from the shop (a cheap marketing gimmick to try pull you in and get you to spend$)
Jake’s customer service was exceptional, always has great recommendations. Great customer experience at Lush!
