As soon as you enter Lush you are greeted by a friendly staff. They are very helpful and go the extra mile with their customer service :)
Jack was an absolute delight yesterday at Lush Highpoint - They checked in on me while I was browsing the new Halloween collection, showed me intentional suggestions after noticing what I was interested in and treated me to a sample pot. Always so refreshed by the amazing experience here!
Huge shout out to Sabrina! She was so helpful in helping me select a gift for a friend. Thanks Sabrina!
