such an amazing store, and excellent product range. The customer service from Emily was incredible, she had great product knowledge and made my experience at lush incredible.
Was served by the lovely Sabrina tonight (26/09) - as someone that is a retail manager myself, I know great customer service when I see it so I just wanted to take the time to make sure this lovely lady is commended for her lovely attitude and service. I was greeted with a smile and a genuine chat, and she was more than happy to help me explore all the different products I was interested in and explain each and every one in detail. I originally came in for a sample, and left with a purchase!
There was a mix-up with the Werribee store, so I reached out to the Highpoint team and the area manager. Jayme (so many ways to spell it!) and Lisa were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me, even though they didn’t have to. Since then, I’ve returned to the Highpoint store a few times, and the staff have always been attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
