I had such a lovely experience at Lush thanks to Elissa and Trinity! From the moment I walked in, Trinity was so welcoming and took the time to show me all the products I was interested in. Elissa was incredibly helpful in setting up my membership and generously gave me some free samples to try, which I really appreciated. Both times I visited this store I had a lovely experience - given I tend to feel quite anxious and socially awkward when shopping, I really appreciate how friendly everyone is and the willingness to go above and beyond to help find the right products. It can be hard to strike a balance in retail between being attentive enough/having customers feel like they can get the help they need, and making customers potentially feel intimidated - everyone here has this balance nailed! Upon arrival I was greeted with the most wonderful smiles from Emily and Alex. They created this safe atmosphere and attended to my questions and helped me make the right decisions and I couldn’t be happier. Least to say I left with a smile and a bag full of goodies I can’t wait to use. :)
