Beautifully merchandised store with great range of products and stock. The store is inviting and the team here are passionate, attentive and genuinely want to help. Special shout out to Emily who was so welcoming and knowledgeable, she had a warm personality and great communication. The experience here is pleasant and comfortable, not pressurised.
Shoutout to Sabrina from highpoint Lush I had an amazing experience with her as I was looking for a specific product but unfortunately was a limited release she let me know where to get it and also gave several recommendations of similar products to try. Very knowledgable and friendly, thank you Sabrina :)
Had a wonderful experience there. A lovely gentleman named Jack help me with getting some products for my husband. He was so insightful and he asked great questions. And I ended up leaving with two products that I think will really help. Highly recommend.
I had such a lovely experience at Lush thanks to Elissa and Trinity! From the moment I walked in, Trinity was so welcoming and took the time to show me all the products I was interested in. My daughter found glass in her bathbomb I also asked how she knew it was from the bathbomb, she said she saw it sticking out of it, this is shocking
