Michael was so kind when I accidentally broke two bath bombs! Unbelievable. Super helpful explaining the lush charity cause to my husband as well.
First introduction to Lush -STELLAR experience. I felt cared for and learned a lot about the products. The staff - Michael, first and then Eva , Alicia (manager) and Nicki (Assistant manager) all collaborated to help me find a few lovely new products including bath bombs for my grand daughter. I plan to continue to explore products - the culture of this company reflects a sensibility we need to embrace- bravo to LUSH !
