I’ve personally yet to recieve anything less than educated and prime care from every representative I’ve interacted with. Although I only come a handful of times a year the staff have always been kind and listened to my preferences etc. as I have a skin condition that needs to be cared for in a certain manner. I have always made the effort to approach staff as I enter, I see engagement to be reciprocal and sometimes customers are bothered by staff who approach them. I’ve shopped here many times before and it’s always been quite smooth but unfortunately my recent visit a lady with coloured short hair wasn’t the most friendly. Entering the store not even a greeting my way or assistance (the store was dead). I had asked a question about a certain line and she looked at me like i was foolish n seemed like assistanting me was more like a chore. the tone in her voice makes me not even want to return here.
