Spent 35$ and stuff and was very nice and then asked for sample of one face mask cus I was unsure last time I spent like 16 or 18$ on one and didn’t like it at all, they gave me not even enough to cover half my cheek usually they actually fill the sample container, she was a little condescending too and like I’m sorry what tho lol it’s enough to do my chin, again, I know it’s a sample but the container is that size for a reason and the bathbomb displayed as 8.50 I got charged 14$ so yeah go to another lush not this one And t... read more

The first time I had an awful experience I brushed it off and now that I’ve had three bad experiences, I think it’s worth a review. I am so disappointed in the lack of Lush’s customer service, what once used to be a friendly, welcoming, fun environment is a disappointment and leaves me feeling a lingering sadness and longing for what once was. i never give reviews anywhere but i had the absolute best experience here! (i have been here many times never looking for anything but today, i walked out with many things i love!)
