I live in Australia and purchased a gift box online to be delivered to someone in Surrey - I left the store a note about why this box was special to someone. I am so grateful that the staff not only saw the note but they went above and beyond with personalizing the gift and making it extra special (I was not expecting that). I’ve personally yet to recieve anything less than educated and prime care from every representative I’ve interacted with. Although I only come a handful of times a year the staff have always been kind and listened to my preferences etc. as I have a skin condition that needs to be cared for in a certain manner. I have always made the effort to approach staff as I enter, I see engagement to be reciprocal and sometimes customers are bothered by staff who approach them.
