Was at the Guilford Lush last night with my daughter who has special needs. Manmeet was so patient and kind with her. My daughter left w a big smile on her face which reflects the excellent customer service we received. Thanks Manmeet! 🥰
Visited the Lush at Guildford today and had a wonderful time. The staff here are always so welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to help without being pushy. They gave excellent recommendations and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The store is clean, beautifully organized, and smells incredible the second you walk in. Will definitely be back soon!
Really awesome products and place feel like we are close to nature.
The wifi and data connection is horrible in this store. Then, they want you to download/open the app and can’t look it up by phone number anymore. I’ve spent like $500 with no points because of the internet issue. Please give this store its own wifi and have the staff give it out to customers.
10/10 super quiet and not overly busy nice to shop in, and I can’t remember her name but a staff with reddish curly hair was super helpful, I got a free sample of face mask (sensetive skin gotta try it first) and I got a curl conditioner called power and at the till they gave me a tiny free curl cream super polite 10/10 Shopping experience
