Isaiah was fantastic; 6/5 stars! They knew the product selection very well and did everything to help me make a decision. Sometimes the best way to get a loyal customer is to get them using the product so the samples are really great for us indecisive people. I’ve always loved Lush! I even had the opportunity to manage one of their stores in the past, so I have a strong appreciation for the brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was quite disappointing due to an encounter with the manager or assistant manager, who has multi-colored hair and a septum ring. I didn’t catch her name, as it wasn’t on my receipt. When she asked if I was paying by card, her tone and body language were noticeably curt and unfriendly. I have been to lush a couple of times but today was different, MANMEET helped me , I mean I literally had to ask her name and post a review right away. She was excellent, she thoroughly shared about each and every ingredient, it felt like actually talking with someone who knew each and every product. I mean if I see her again when I shop, I know whom to take guidance from.
