While browsing and using the available product samples—something I understand is encouraged—I was approached by a staff member in a way that felt more suspicious than welcoming. The tone and interaction gave the impression that I was being monitored rather than helped. My daughter and I had the BEST time at Lush today! Haley was amazing and gave us top tier customer service! She took time to explain the products in full detail.
