I really really enjoy my experience shopping here! I know my mom and I have been a fan since Lush came out from the very beginning but we’ve never really got to know what Lush was really about and what they stand for (we usually just go in and out and get our usual bath bombs for my little siblings) I learned so much about Lush and their products and I had the help from Kayla! Shout out to an amazing employee at Lush Fox River mall named Danielle. She showed me the best facial cleanser that turned out to be my holy grail. She gave me a sample of shampoo that she liked and really is an awesome representative for her store! Also a very sweet human ☺
I wanted to share some feedback about a recent visit to your store. While browsing and using the available product samples—something I understand is encouraged—I was approached by a staff member in a way that felt more suspicious than welcoming. The tone and interaction gave the impression that I was being monitored rather than helped.
