Normally I have a good experience here, but today I walked in, waited 15 minutes and was not greeted or helped the entire time I was in the store with my husband. We were hoping to get some body butter, but unfortunately, the girl they hired, Izzy(she said that was her name to another customer while having her back turned to us the whole time), ignored us, ran to the back room and left the store completely unattended. I travel to this store from Fond du Lac once a month to restock my lush products. These products are life-changing for self care, and to feel and smell good.
