I had never walked into a Lush until I found this one in the mall. I was immediately overwhelmed by the sights and smells, and the organized chaos of the store. Literal NANOSECONDS later, the nicest girly walked up to me and my friend and started helping us. Found exactly what I needed. Staff was very helpful with guiding me to what I needed. The Lemony Flutter cuticle butter works very well. It smells amazing!!!
Kelby was so helpful. I went in looking for a bath bomb to soften my skin and she helped me find the perfect one. I appreciate how kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the product she was.

This evening we took the kids to the mall, to try to unwind. We were greeted and Sophie really wanted a demonstration. She asked a lovely associate with glasses and she pulled out a few. I told her it's been hard, my dad had a stroke, i was about to bawl right there, her and the rest of the girls ended up helping us pick out some cool stuff, and showed Sophie how to use the bubble bars, they gave us samples, and we pray dad gets better and using a bath bomb they chose.
