What a store! Amazing customer service!
Great location as it’s big and has variety, however I had a couple negative experiences with different employees all being judgemental and seeming to rush me out the store for example harassing me three times when trying to pick between fragrances telling me to just made a decision already not letting me take my time to smell, and when I asked about a sold out product I was told to stop waiting for the internet to tell me something was good which was a strange assumption because I never mentioned that I heard about it on soc... read more
Best service! Out of all of the malls, fairview has the best Lush store. Jasmine was the sweetest employee and she helped me choose jasmine products for my hair/perfume. Ask her any questions, she is the best!
Adele here was so wonderful helping me find the right products for me.
My daughter had her friend’s birthday there. They had a wonderful time making different bath bombs. The kids enjoyed a lot.
