Hope is so aptly named. She gives me hope every time I see her. I love this store - I love lush. Really sh is a credit to the whole LUSH brand I hope someone sees this from LUSH she deserves to be recognized for the level of service and knowledge she so readily provides.

They both listened to my needs and concerns, kindly guided me through their wide range of products, and I was able explore a few options before landing on one I really liked. I was walking in Fairview mall and I came across this lush store the fragrance is OK caught my eye so I walked in. The Girl was very nice. Said hi Explained everything to me everything from the bath bombs to the bubble bath, mould to the upcoming classes they have so I signed myself up. I’m excited to go and make some butterfly bath bombs.
