I absolutely love these products but would like shipping to be better handled. I ordered 5 Scrubbees that melted during delivery. There was a sticker that said it melts when heated and to put it in the fridge. That would be ok if they weren't packaged in a plastic bag. Packaging them this way causes me to loose part of the product when refrigerated due to the original layered form no longer being held. If they are going to melt when ordered online, might be good to have them shipped in better packaging. Or use reusable ice p... read more
I absolutely love Lush Cosmetics! The store smells amazing the second you walk in. My favorite scents are Posh Chocolate, Dirty, Sticky Dates, Snow Fairy, and Bananaaa Shower Cream — they’re irresistible. Customer service is always great, and I never feel awkward trying different products before deciding. While the products are on the pricey side, they’re worth it for the quality and experience.

Best Lush I’ve ever been to! Al helped my friend and I with any questions we had & even put on a demonstration for some bath bombs that we ended up getting!
