Every employee that I’ve spoken with in person and over the phone at this Lush has been an absolute sweetheart and so incredibly helpful! Everyone who works here deserves a raise, a cookie, a puppy, and to always find money in the pocket of any clothing they thrift. Unfortunately, I’m terrible with names, so the only person’s name that I’ve gotten is Nina’s, and Nina truly made my day recently. Easy entrance, not too far from parking. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
This store is amazing. The employees are all extremely kind, courteous and super helpful. I had a return of a couple of items and it was a very seamless experience returning them. The manager, Apollo helped me. I mentioned to her that I had bought a bar of soap that dissolved after a couple of uses and she gave me another bar free of charge even though I didn’t have the one that melted. She was very sweet and understanding about it.
This place is such a hidden gem! I came into this place because I smelt a wonderful fragrance on someone else and they recommended a certain product. When I came into this place, I was greeted immediately by all staff members! The ladies were so kind and warm and just welcoming! It didn’t even feel like I was shopping.
