PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ CAREFULLY. Two months ago, I visited this store and was greeted by a tall young white woman who was exceptionally pleasant and courteous. She provided me with a sample of the “skin drink” and a mask to take home, which is why I am giving this store a three-star rating. If it were not for her, I would rate the store one star. An amazing Experience as soon As I walked in the door. Was shopping for Turmeric Latte and found out it was a limited edition … what a bummer ! However , being taken care of by Penny ,Zee and Jade had me feeling like a while now energy! Lots of fun and lots of laughs I walked out buying more product than expected and also gotten information about the Spa Aspect! One of my favorite visits of all time , it was my first time There !!!!
Incredible service by Jade and Katie who not only helped my partner and I find products catered to our likings but were also warm and friendly. It felt like going to a friend's house to buy their soap. Would 10/10 come back to purchase more of Lush's amazing products and to see them again would be a bonus :)
The customer service here was STELLAR. Truly above and beyond. 11/10, very informative and kind employees. Made a return customer out of me :)
