After a long day on my feet, I often find myself stopping at this location in the Columbus Circle market for a little post-work treat. I love shopping here when Katie is in because they are so attentive to my needs, always curating a thoughtful selection of products and remedies. The store is such a refuge away from the swirling chaos of midtown so I am grateful for Katie’s knowledge and kindness and the way they always makes me feel cared for. Excited for my next visit!

Have shopped at Lush for over a decade and this is my favorite store in all of New York City. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable… I always have a great shopping experience here but it’s extra special when Katie is in. She’s kind, attentive, and well-versed in Lush products - even the beloved discontinued ones! Returns are always a breeze and getting $1 off for them doesn’t hurt either!
I love this Lush so much! Jade, who helped me find and try each and every item, was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Katie was also so amazing. I’ll be back again and again!
