I can't say enough about this store! I love their products. I love the staff. The staff at Cherry Creek is a gazillion times, more friendly and more engaged than the staff at Park Meadows. I drive all the way to Cherry Creek just because I've had very unpleasant visits at Park Meadows. The new fall stuff is amazing. The yule log soap is to die for! It smells chocolatey and so good!
I just dropped a Benjamin at lush bc I saw their pro Palestine marketing. The employees were so amazing at this location!! They helped me find exactly what I needed and explained the products to me. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there as well which was refreshing. I got the snow fairy shampoo, Valkyrie conditioner, snow fairy scrubee, and the happy skin exfoliater. We were in the store Sunday September 21 and Sophie was amazing in guiding us as to what would be best for our pre-teen she was so very friendly and knowledgeable When we got to the register Ben was just as friendly and knowledgeable as Sophie. We also interacted with Amira her friendly energy was great.
I love lush, I’ve been shopping at the one in lone tree for a while, but this was my first experience at this location and it was pretty crappy due to how me and my friend were treated by their sales rep. I was with my friend, and he always compliments the way my hair smells because I use their Valkyrie conditioner. He’d never been in, has gorgeous long and thick hair and was stoked to try their products. Absolutely stellar customer service here at Lush in Cherry Creek. Not only are the products some of the best made products on the market, but the employees are always so helpful & knowledgable about the products. I love that they recommend & give you free samples to try. It keeps me driving 15 miles in each direction to continue supporting such a great business. Check out the Power conditioner if you want a really great conditioner for your hair.
