I'm not going to give this store a low score just because of this one experience, but I just wanted to submit some feedback. Lush products are great and this is not a bad location. Last time I was in, I was offered a hand cream sample at checkout, which I appreciated. The employee let me smell it first, but I was not expecting him to then massage it into my hand for me. I understand this is something they do as part of demos in the store, but as a woman, to not be warned before being touched like that made me uncomfortable. ... read more
Savannah is amazing! I just went in looking for some recommendations on my skin routine. She gave me many suggestions, let me use different products and even gave me some freebies. You rock Savannah thank you!
Purchased Henna hair dye kit (color rouge) and staff applied it in store! Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and took care of the hard part (mixing and applying). The color turned out great. We will be returning to the store for more products and staff were genuinely interested in seeing the results .
This Lush store is exceptional they have everything you need and more they are carrying all the brand new products and seasonal products the staff here are very friendly and very approachable I would definitely go back again
