I was in yesterday afternoon (July 15th) and had one of the best customer service experiences ever! there was 4 staff that I saw, and they all helped me with different things. when I first walked in I was describing a perfume and a staff member with a garlic bread pin (I’m sorry I am bad with names) helped me go through all the perfumes with notes I was describing till I found it. I had such a wonderful experience at Lush Cosmetics in Moncton today. My daughter and I stopped in to pick up a few bath bombs during our Mommy & Me day, and Jesse went above and beyond to make our visit special. What started as a quick shopping trip turned into a fun little spa experience as Jesse took the time to introduce us to new products and let us try some samples. I walked into the store just to take a look around and was greeted by a lovely woman named Ray. She was incredibly welcoming and took the time to ask about our skincare goals. She quickly found products that suited our needs and recommended some amazing hand scrubs. Ray thoroughly explained the ingredients in each product and what benefits they provide. Her knowledge, friendliness, and excellent customer service made our visit a great experience. I would definitely recommend stopping by!
On Sunday May 24th I went to Lush as I always do, but this time I was surprised with a whole experience rather then just buying my usual products. I am from Ottawa and have shopped lush over 10 years. I can`t live without the scrubee product, my skin is very itchy and the scrubee SAVES MY SKIN!!! I truly can`t live without it!!
