My experience was phenomenal, I worked with Mel at the Champlain mall lush. She was so beyond kind and professional, taking the time to walk me and my friends through each product, answering every question. 11/10, Mel is fantastic. Went in looking for nothing, walked out with the lush app and multiple amazing products. Will for sure go back to work with her!!
