Went again a month later and service was non-existent. 2 staff chatting away at the counter - didn’t acknowledge that we came in, nor offered to help even though I went through the store and passed counter twice to find what I was looking for. I finally asked for help, paid and left. 3 stars because the previous visit was great (I gave 5 stars before) this visit is a 1..

I’m always happy with my visit here! The staffs are super friendly and acknowledgeable, they walk through the store and introduce all the products I am interested in. I always get a lot of samples with my purchase to try out! And of course I love all the products I’ve purchased here!

My family and I had our first Lush visit this past weekend, and all of the employees who helped us (and also gave us free demos/samples of products, in such a kind, knowledgable and non-judgemental way) were incredible. Thank-you :). I also ended up purchasing several products and I'm enjoying them all - especially this Repeat balm for feet - it has helped me tremendously over the last few days! You don't want to miss this store and these awesome people :).
