We were in the Chadstone store today and the staff were amazing, so warm and friendly…especially the beautiful girl with brown eyes and long brown hair. Their customer service was exceptional
I had the most wonderful experience with Hillary today at Lush! Not only was she so attentive and friendly but top notch customer service!! I work in the retail industry myself and I was blown away by her level of care for every customer including myself. The lady who served is was honestly the best lush employee I've ever come across, I just wish I got her name. But we walked in and she greeted us and showed us the new how to train your dragon set, which we of course got because they smell amazing! She was also helping us find smells we would normally go for and answered all our questions, but while doing all of that she still provided us with an amazing conversation, with my partners help she also up sold the size of shower gel but I'm not complaining because of how she did... read more
