I had such a wonderful experience at Lush Chadstone thanks to Wave! She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the products. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. Her friendly energy made the whole visit feel personal and welcoming. It’s clear she really cares about helping customers feel confident and cared for. Thank you, Wave, for making my Lush experience so lovely — I’ll definitely be back!

We were in the Chadstone store today and the staff were amazing, so warm and friendly…especially the beautiful girl with brown eyes and long brown hair. Their customer service was exceptional

I had the most wonderful experience with Hillary today at Lush! Not only was she so attentive and friendly but top notch customer service!! I work in the retail industry myself and I was blown away by her level of care for every customer including myself. I have many products from Lush and will continue to purchase more especially being served by Hillary! Thank you so much for this experience!
