I went into the lush store in the Canberra centre for my 27th birthday as a treat and boy did they live up to my expectations. I was greeted by the lovely Fiona who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect in every way. She personalised my shopping experience and made me feel so pampered and comfortable. Im sure eventually the sales girls behind the counter will finish their conversation and actually bother to help. Wasn’t while I was in the store but it might eventually happen.

So excited when I found Lush in canberra. Have spent hundreds of dollars on bath bombs in nz. My favourite is big blue. The smell and colour make me spend $$$$on them. So was very disappointed when I bought some last weekend and took them home. Colour was very pale blue and smell was non existent. Usually the bomb fizzes for over a minute but not with this one. I wanted to cry. Felted it was a water down version for the same amount of money. Sad.
