Been here a few times and each time that I ran into Raye, their suggestions were always great and they are so professional and friendly, too. Loved coming here, will be back for sure! 10/10 recommend stopping by.

Each & every time I make my rounds at this location there are always awesome people giving nothing less than excellence in customer service. A shop here so much and I would like to think I’m special but they offer every customer free samples. They know how to get you hooked on products and that’s what sales is all about. I’ve been to numerous other locations and have not received the assistance, customer service, and kindness that I have at the store. Run, don’t walk to Bucktown Lush!

I went to their May skincare class and I had a great time! Mariz is an extremely knowledgeable manager and she explains all of the ingredients in their skincare products and which ones she’d recommend I use during the class. It was great to try all of their products (cleanser, serum, mask, toner, and moisturizer). And making my own cleanser was so fun! Thank you for the experience, Mariz! :)
