I only meant to pop into Lush for a quick browse, but Rosie completely transformed my visit. She welcomed me straight away and genuinely took the time to chat, listen, and guide me through products that might suit me. It never felt rushed or scripted, just friendly, thoughtful advice from someone who really knows their stuff. I left with products I’m excited to use and a much better idea of what works for my skin.
Rosy was an absolute pleasure to meet and run me through in great detail lots of smells that I liked! She wasn’t pushy or over the top. It was a wonderful human interaction with care and kindness. Because of her I will be back to buy some perfumes. Thank you Rosy!

Amazing Customer Service at Lush Cosmetics, Bristol Cabot Circus. A huge shout-out to Aretta for her outstanding service! She was engaging, knowledgeable, and made my visit truly special. I came in for a birthday treat and had a consultation today with Molly. She made me feel comfortable, talked me through everything and was amazing at answering any questions I had! She also gave me a little extra treat which absolutely made my day!
