super lovely staff and product range is like the online store
After years away from purchasing Lush products I have returned this year and would be remiss of me not to acknowledge the outstanding customer service in all stores but primarily Queen St Mall Brisbane. Customer service is key and product knowledge and this comes in abundance. It is more economical to buy the largest size in a product so I appreciate a small sample to take home before making that investment. Well done to Lush for clever recruiting and the staff for being consistently a leader in retail in customer service.
