Lyric was so amazing! She made my day. I told her it was my first time in lush in a very long time. She took her time and walked me through all of the massage bars I was interested in. Followed by showing me her favorites. Needless to say I left with MUCH MORE than I planned to leave with lol. I literally felt like I was shopping with a friend. She was so lovely and knowledgeable about the Lush products. 10/10 customer service.
The associate who helped me was named Ivy. She made sure my shopping experience was enjoyable and ensured I got everything I came for and more! She has wonderful recommendations and a bright personality. I will be coming back!
Jenna at the Lush store in Brandon Mall is everything. Any time I need products, I only go to that location because of her amazing customer service. Jenna is funny, knowledgeable, especially when it comes to scent notes, and she always knows exactly what I’ll love. She introduces me to new products every single time I visit. I went into the Brandon Lush location a few days ago and was blatantly ignored by Ivy, she was unapproachable and didn’t seem like she wanted to help. I only figured out her name because one of her coworkers had called her name. I’ve been in before and never had a bad experience before then.
