We visited lush today with our 4 year old daughter and a lovely employee named Hannah absolutely made our day. She told our daughter they could have a wee pamper moment and took time to show her the bath bombs and other products, letting her test the lotions on her hands etc. Our daughter felt so special! We couldn't speak higher of Hannah, she is a credit to the store.
I've never had a bad experience in here. The staff are all so lovely. My little ones 6th birthday she came in here to see what she'd like to try. One of the staff gave her a freebie and it honestly made her day. They also demonstrated to her how to use a bubble bar. She went home and used it a few days later. Haven't slept so well in ages and she wants to go back to choose more bath bombs and bubble bars!
Great shop
Was having an awful day, so I decided to call in on my lunch break to repurchase some beloveds, and I had the loveliest chat with Edie and another member of staff who showed me some fragrances. It really brightened my day so thank you very much!
Rhys (the Irish girl) was so helpful at the perfume stand and picked out the perfect perfume straight away!
