Not sure what’s been going on with lush but this is the second time and location that’s turned bad. Not sure if it’s the new managers / leads but they are rude. Me and my boyfriend have both came in and he even noticed they were heavily watching/ following us as we shopped specifically by the bigger white pink haired associate without asking us any questions. Last time i came in I had a bad experience here. It had been 6 months since i’d been at this location as Lush is definitely a luxury for me. I felt uncomfortable while shopping the entire time and ended up not even buying/ exchanging my items.They either follow you or ask wayyyyy too many questions after replying short. Maybe they’re getting a lot of theft but it just feels like they’re heavily following you, they should try better to hide that.
