Every time I go to Lush, the customer service is superb. They are always kind and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go again.
Great experience at this location! Staff were super helpful, especially Heidi was very kind and gave recommendations. She gave me free samples when I said I was trying to restrain myself from buying too much! Highly recommend the Sleep massage bar.
I placed an order for delivery and mentioned why I placed my order, the team at Lush Annapolis packed my order with the utmost care and went above and beyond! I can’t thank them enough!
I always have a great experience when shopping here. The staff are insanely helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Heidi for always going above and beyond.
