Let me begin by saying that yesterday was the first time I had ever taken the time to experience lust and what it had to offer. I had been loyal to my go-to brands for years, so I hadn’t given it much thought. However, I expressed this to Anthony, and he immediately went into action. He advised me of a few starter items and allowed me to sample them. I want to give him a big shoutout for being so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you Anthony!!!!!!!

Major shoutout to Nyrene for assisting me yesterday with my first purchase from Lust. I entered the store with no intention of shopping; I was just browsing for items I might buy in the future. However, Nyrene made me feel valued and welcomed, allowing me to ask questions, sample, and try multiple products throughout the store to get a sense of what I needed. I had never been in a Lush store before so it was my first time. I felt so fortunate that Alex was working the day we were there. She was amazing and had so many perfect suggestions based on the things she asked me. She gave me a few samples and showed me all of the products and how to use them. It was a super fun experience and I really don’t think it would have been as fun if she wasn’t there. Thanks Alex! Super fun hour with you.

My mother-in-law and I went when we were in town bc she had never been and we had the best time smelling everything and Alex (Alexandra) was super helpful and explained and recommended various products. We even got a couple samples! She was awesome!
