I had such a wonderful experience at Lush Cosmetics thanks to Danielle! She went above and beyond for me and my two young daughters. Danielle was so patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and even made my kids feel included and excited to learn about body care. Ximena was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. My partner and I have very different hair types and she was able to help each of us find something for our hair routines. She offered my partner samples for products we were unsure about and helped me find something for a part of my hair routine I’ve been nervous to try. She was so friendly and we appreciate her.
I won’t buy again. To pay $15 for this small container is one thing. But when I open my product and see how the sides of the container wasn’t even full is a slap in the face to customers. Especially in today’s economy where these products are not a necessity but people choose to spend anyway. The least you can do is fill my container to the top. I should be using product off the back of the lid before digging into the actual container. That’s how full my product should be for this price.
Was visiting stores I haven't shopped at before and this place was one of the picks! Walked by and the smell was so good I had to turn around and check this place out! The vibe was so nice here and one of the employees was explaining the bar soaps so nicely. I bought like 3 bars of different scents! Very well done! Everyone I was with also purchased something here!
