Had my daughter’s 9th birthday party at LUSH Easton this past weekend and it couldn’t have been better. The staff who helped before the store was even open to the public were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and were so great with the kids at the party. They guided them along in making a bath bomb and applying a clay face mask, as well as some other fun activities. I recently went to lush to pick up some new body care products, I wanted new soaps and bath bombs. I was in the store for 15 minutes, no one greeted me when I entered the store, or offered me any assistance. Several people came in behind me who were greeted, I felt like my business wasn’t appreciated so I left the store without purchase. I did go to buff city soap down the street where I received polite service !
I don't usually write reviews on Google but this especially bothered me with how unprofessional this was. I recently went to Lush to grab things for my wife, and an employee named Christine approached me very aggressively while shopping and asked me a bunch of questions and was oddly flirty the entire time and made me extremely uncomfortable. I likely won't return due to this altercation.
Christine made our date day so fun! Amazing employee who truly loves the products. Always impressed with Lush products ❤️
I went to LUSH today for the first time in years! I HAD to smell the Minions Banana shower cream, it didn't disappoint so I grabbed it! I also grabbed the magnesium massage bars - one for after working out & one for before bed! My experience was awesome, I was able to explore enough on my own that I didn't feel hounded, but I was also assisted when needed/necessary! In addition to my review I'd like to say thanks and kudos to Lush for having a NO ICE ZONE sign on their door - I support companies who support my values.
