I came in for the coconut massage bar unfortunately was sold out but bought two different alternatives & Hannah was so nice even let me take the sample of the sold out one I came in for. It was very organized & clean the workers were very welcoming definitely will be back!! Thank you again Hannah for your amazing customer service :)

This is one of the nicest Lush stores I've been in. Staff is friendly and they offer free samples when checking out. Thr other Lush stores I've been in, which is quite a few, you have to ask. Other stores will give you free samples as well. This store gave me 4 samples. I went back the next day after trying the sample banana shampoo to purchase it. Definitely stop in if you're in the area.
Why on earth do they not open until 12 pm in the day? I was very surprised when I walked up to the doors to see they weren’t open yet.
