Excellent service and great products but their prices are obnoxious

We just had our daughter’s 10th Birthday at the store and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so attentive and with a crowd of 13 girls it can get chaotic. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to have their party at this facility. My daughter was SO happy. Thank you so much Bry and Marisa!!
Had a great moms-night-out party here. Jesus and Sabrina were our hosts and were absolutely wonderful—fun, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They do a lot more kid parties than adult parties, but I’d definitely recommend Lush for a group of adults looking for some fun and pampering.

She was making colorful bubbles while I got to chat with Sabrina — who gave us the kind of customer service you don’t forget. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about every product, breaking down ingredients, benefits, and even helping us pick the perfect items for our needs.
