Very disappointing experience at Lush in Woodfield today. We stood in line for about 15 minutes while the cashier allowed the customer ahead of us to spend roughly 10 minutes searching through her email for a rewards account she couldn’t find. Meanwhile, the line continued to grow, and no other employee stepped in to help the waiting customers or open another register. nonstop harassment by workers had to leave because I couldn’t turn around with having a worker give me recommendations just really uncomfortable experience. One of the workers had me smell her lotion then say my favorites were the viral mainstream ones ? Just weird experience order online instead of coming here
