I am a first time mom , I just wanted to say MAJOR thank you to Lluvia 🦋🫂 she went above and beyond to guide me , show me and assist me in every way possible. Every “ mom “ item was shown and truly I was having such a hard day and because of her alone it turned around. Thank you lluvia 🩵
Came in to return something and the first lady who helped me was very nice, however she had to grab who I believe was her manager to do the return for me. She seemed annoyed that she had to help me and made me uncomfortable as I was nice and polite and she treated me like I was stupid and like I was a problem for her to be dealing with. I was supposed to write this review a month ago like I promised. But I'm finally doing it. Me and my girlfriend were in woodfield mall about a month ago. Never heard of lush, walked in because it had the whole area of the mall smelling good. ERICA provided quite literally the best service I've ever experienced in any store EVER. I pride myself as excellent when it comes to my customer service skills but she's got me beat for sure. I wish there was an ERICA in every single store I go to. Monday 03/16/26 at 11am Customer service in this store sucks, had questions but literally no one greeted us or even tried to ask if everything went alright during check out. Actually bought a body butter bar that had almond oil in it, which I’m allergic to. It wasn’t shown on the label sign next to it in the store so some help would’ve been nice. Won’t be coming back here.
