Annalise was so sweet! She showed me a bunch of new stuff, as I’ve been a lifelong lushie and former employee and haven’t been in the shop in a while. Very attentive and was fun to work with!
Went in at 11:30 today and the girl work was extremely rude. I’ve never had an experience like this before one shopping at a lush. She seemed extremely Annoyed that I asked for help. Just a very disappointing experience, especially for it being lush and usually the workers are always super helpful.
The whole staff here was very friendly and gave me incredible gift recommendations for my ultra picky sibling. One of my favorite stores! ♡
