Julia and Sam were amazing! I haven’t been this Lush location since the remodel, so they both showed me all the products and were incredibly patient. Julia recommended some great bath products and Sam helped me pick a new body spray. They were both very knowledgeable and I know I’ll be back for their recommendations!
I visited LUSH today and not only met my best friend in the world but also got so many movie recommendations to watch while I fake tan and got to know a new staff member (known as my new bff) Ella. Customer service here is AMAZINGGGGG!!!! We visited April 1st and the people inside are so friendly and offered me and my mom free samples of hair products. The person who helped us was so lovely :)))
Came on Wednesday April 1st and there were Really rude staff and super snappy with me. I was simply trying to ask for samples along with something I already bought and she was super uninterested while I was curious in the products and kept making comments like “I’ll let you know when I’m ready” and rolling her eyes. I didn’t remember her name but she was a heavier set woman with huge piercing of jade earrings. Felt super embarrassed leaving the store.
The employees are always kind and helpful. The new store design is beautiful!
