Went in to smell the smells with my mom and Moira was such a kind, wonderful human to us. Mom has really severe allergies and she took her time reading through ingredients to help her find something that would work for her skin. Faith in humanity restored for the day!

Even though I was not at the oakbrook location I met Barb during a pop-up at the millennium Park near the bean and she was absolutely an experience if you are her manager and you are reading this I need you to make sure that Barb is always taking care of that's one of your precious employees because she is making sure that everyone is welcome she's educating everyone I don't even know what toner water is but she gave me a rundown on it and made me feel like I could be that bad girly with a facial routine.
