I had a great experience at this location. I was looking for a particular spray and Julia was the person who helped me and my friend look for similar scents at good prices and I ended up buying the item I was actually a little reluctant to buy due to the price! She was very very helpful with helping me find exactly what I was looking for! Very educational, kind, and patient. <3
We visit Lush in Oakbrook fairly often, and my kids always enjoy washing their hands there and trying the different soaps and bath products. In the past, the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and happy to let customers try new soaps and bath bombs, which is one of the reasons we enjoy coming back. I’ve loved Lush since college days! My husband and I visited yesterday and nostalgia!! All the fruity, bold smells. Natural made/ Cute / fun bath bombs 🥰 staff is so knowledgeable and helpful! and special special thanks to Sam!! He made my birthday amazing! Hope his pillow is always cool and soft at night lol. 10/10 love the products and this location!
A lot has changed from sales pitch to offering samples. We are using Lush products for over a decade and visited multiple stores within and outside US, but never seen the rush of prioritizing sales pitch over asking customer requirements . Overall do not recommend this store without vibe that generally we see in lush stores .
Came to leave a review and look at a few 1 stars to see if i were the only one that thought they were watching like a hawk! i came in with a whole neiman marcus and sephora bag lol they still literally watched me as if i would possibly be stealing. One employee dropped what ever she was doing and jumped right in front of me to ask if i needed help,i said no and id let her know when i did. and as soon as i turn around i see two more employees staring at me. i felt so uncomfortable i walked out.
