Lily was so thorough with helping me!!!! I came in to restock some products I use but left feeling so confident about trying new things I have been thinking of getting for a while. Was looking for organic skin and beard products when I came across the Lush store for the first time. I was literally drawn in by the amazing scent radiating outside. This store offers a wide variety of products, including bath bombs, body scrubs, and lotions, and staff provide free samples. Terry at the Lush in Oak Brook provided incredible customer service to me yesterday. I came in looking for gifts for my god daughter and her parents and ended up with waaaay more than I expected. She was so sweet and patient with me and took the time to individually wrap up all my gifts. She even got me onto the Lush points program!!! She was a rockstar and I hope to see her in again the next time I go!
I had an absolutely fabulous experience at the LUSH location at Oakbrook Mall. Julia and Sam were both amazing and knowledgeable, providing expert assistance with kindness, humor, and without pressure (they were also very patient and helpful as I fumbled around with the LUSH iphone app). I will definitely be heading back soon for more of my favorite LUSH products and a delightful customer service experience!
