The employees are always kind and helpful. The new store design is beautiful!
Lilly was exceptional! Such a kind energy and so helpful in terms of finding products that suit in my hair type and scent preferences. She gave me curated samples that I can’t wait to try. Hope to see her next time and one day see her picture on the back of the products lol :)

I just want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the team of employees at Lush Oakbrook IL. Lush Oakbrook hosted a Supermilk Social on January 17, 2026 to celebrate the launch of their product. I brought my parents along with me (their first time ever at a LUSH) to the event. The Supermilk Social was a big hit, and it was super fun to create bath bombs, and the coffee bar was amazing and the drinks were so good (Lush, please sell your coffee beans!
