This is my all time favorite store, they are so nice and always help me get the best deals! The store is always well stocked and clean. Did you know they host birthday parties!?!? Your kids can make their own bath bombs and bubble bars. Its perfect for summer birthdays. Its not just for kids either, adults can join in on the fun! Also, check with their sweet employees about special events!
I visited the shop and Alex and Claudio were the wonderful employees who assisted me. They helped make my bridesmaids' gift selections extra special and they were very informative about Lush's product offerings. :~)
I did not catch their names and I wish I did, but the two sweetest most fun gentlemen ever helped me out tonight! the two that closed on 8/2/25. It was so fun talking to them, they were so helpful and they absolutely made my night after a really long work day. PLEASE managers, give them so much praise and love from me!

We had the absolute best experience at Lush at La Encantada for my daughter’s 5th birthday! Zach and Pepper went above and beyond to make her feel special — they were so kind, friendly, and truly made it a day to remember. From fun activities to amazing products, everything was thoughtfully planned and perfectly age-appropriate. The kids had a blast, and the grown-ups did too! Highly recommend for a unique and joy-filled celebration. Well worth it!
