Carrie is an incredible employee!! She was so cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her warmth and charisma enable her to get to know customers to recommend the perfect products for them!
First off, the store and it's staff are great. They are respectful and knowledgeable. My problem is with corporate. I purchased items in-store and the tap reader "didn't read" my card. Had to redo. When I got home, there were 2 charges from Lush for the same amount. I called the store, they reassured me only one charge would go through. On Lush's end, there was only 1 charge. Pepper Amaya Georgina and Olivia were the BEST! We got the best head massage and the service was amazing ✨❤️🫧 We got the super milk glitter body spray & it is stunning!!
Avocado co-wash and Outback Mate soap is my go-to. We love visiting and seeing Lily working. She always introduces us to new product products!
