First off, the store and it's staff are great. They are respectful and knowledgeable. My problem is with corporate. I purchased items in-store and the tap reader "didn't read" my card. Had to redo. When I got home, there were 2 charges from Lush for the same amount. I called the store, they reassured me only one charge would go through. On Lush's end, there was only 1 charge.
