This has been the best experience I’ve had at lush! Pepper is extremely knowledgeable! She did accidentally throw away the strawberries in my Starbucks drink but that gave me a laugh! She gave me a sample and a free mask to make up for it! I’d definitely come back to Lush La Encantada just to see her again!
Came in for the release of the Wicked collection! The staff created such a perfect, welcoming atmosphere and I loved the themed outfits in celebration! So glad I stopped by a week earlier for something else, because I would’ve been so sad to miss this. The Lush team at Encantada is truly 10/10!
Great products and great customer service! Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable about all products.
I hate that I forgot her name, but this employee was so energetic and helpful. Told me about new products for next time! Its a smaller store, but cute location.
Don't schedule a birthday party. Zak is incompetent! We had a party schedule for 8:30 in the morning, he told us to be early. Got there, nobody!!!
