The staff here is incredible! They have such good recommendations and are always so kind and helpful. I have a great experience every time I shop here!
UPDATE: unfortunately my original review still stands. Spend your money elsewhere. ORIGINAL REVIEW: A pricey place, in a very wealthy mall, owned and operated by people who claim to hate rich people and capitalism. Some of the products literally say on the label that when you buy them you’re helping socio-political causes and social justice type nonsense. Are you kidding me?? Online hours say 10 am open. They are metering people for Boxing Day and there's a huge line outside. The same five people are buying the entire sale stock.
It was Boxing Day at Lush! I first went and everyone was so friendly! I then went back for more and all the wonderful employees were so funny! One young man told me “watch this” and showed me a trick with a tiny skateboard. 10/10 experience! Lush will show you skateboard tricks 🤣🤣🤣
