Overcharged me for the products I purchased. I bought a body lotion and a face wash for momma, but somehow got charged for two “Beauty Sleep” products instead (which were more expensive). I guess it could’ve gone the other way and I could’ve accidentally paid less, but somehow luck wasn’t on my side there. All the containers look nearly identical, so I’m surprised they don’t scan each item individually instead of scanning the same one multiple times like the cashier did. FYI they have moved to the third floor and the mall won't allow them to put up signage which is . wild! amazing products & service!!
This location was so clean and organized, the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Clover! She had great recommendations and helped me get the best scent for my profile preference,
Courtney was AMAZING!!! she is truly one of a kind. SUPER HELPFUL, kind, thorough, and she was an amazing teacher. Not to mention she was flowing around the store completing so many tasks. Extremely grateful to meet her and learn so much about the products! I will be back to see her and buy more :)
