Earlier this year, I went to this location with a return. I had a reusable shopping bag already and plopped the item that I wanted to exchange for it into my bag. A teenage employee saw me (I was not trying to hide anything and very out in the open so clearly not trying to steal anything). The employee told the manager but not in a discrete way at all. I’ve had two wasted trips to this Lush in two days. Yesterday they closed early at 3 PM, and today I arrived to find the doors locked again. The Danbury Mall website explicitly lists them as open, and I could see two employees working inside—yet when I tried to enter, I was just told to "come back after 2 PM." It is incredibly disrespectful to customers to ignore posted mall hours and turn people away when you are physically standing in front of the store.
