Love this comfort store!!!
Went to the mall when it first opened and out of all the stores I’ve been in this was the first one to not greet me when I entered. The lady looked up then continued to do whatever she was doing. That was an immediate sign to leave the store.
Always fantastic, the staff is always lovely.
I wanna say, I love the team there! Love the staffs and hard working and every time I walk past the store I can't help myself but having to turn around and walk right on in! Really love this place and the people, everyone is super friendly and helpful thank you for such a wonderful community!
Went to lush Christiana Mall today between 630pm and 7pm. I am not happy about how I was treated. I have been to this store a few times. I have also been to two lushes in PA. I moved to Delaware in 2021 from Florida. The ladies at the Lush in the Millennium Mall in Orlando, Fl. knew me by name. So, my issue. The lady that handled the register asked me and my King did I want her to write the weight on the soap wrapper I was buying in case I needed to bring it back.
