We had Lush Carpet Cleaning come out to clean the carpets in our office in Richmond and they did an awesome job. The carpets had seen a lot of traffic over the years, but they came out looking way better than we expected. The team showed up on time, was friendly, and worked efficiently without disrupting our day. The whole process was easy from start to finish. absolute terrible experience. job seemed rushed from first interaction. they sprayed the pre treatment and didnt allow any time for solution to soak. technician was in such a rush to leave he spilled the dirty water buckets from cleaning in the hallway of my building. left without cleaning it properly and my building manager complained about the huge brown dirty water stains in hallway. the pictures from this review is dirt left after their job. corresponding with them to correct the issue was a total nightmare and left me u... read more
Jay answered my inquiry quickly and was able to come the next day to clean my parents’ 2 story townhome they were about to move into. While the previous tenant said they used COIT, the carpets looked awful and it truly looked liked a professional clean was not done. Jay came in and totally re-vamped the carpets and did a great job! A wayyyy better job than the other cleaning company. Thank you Jay for the great and prompt service!
