Do you remember when your hair colorist would keep notes about your hair and what they did each visit? All the take-it-with-you tech these days but no one cares anymore. Will not return. Have been twice. The first time, I came in and told Kennedy that my hair was too blond (prior colorist) and I wanted highlights and lowlights to break up the blond a bit and make it look more natural.
